Ep. 48: Bye Bye, Li’l Sebastian

In this episode, we say goodbye to the best damn horse ever. Ben and Leslie are trying to romantically sneak around, Tom is thinking about starting a new business, and everyone chips in to put on a memorial show for our favorite little horse, Li’l Sebastian.

Plus, when people have nookie in your workplace, getting hit by a car (or a bike), and the long lost art of Vines. Also this is the first mention of Tammy 1 – LOOK OUT, EVERYONE!

Ben and Leslie are secretly dating and life is good…for them. For everyone else, new office changes bring an inordinately high level of distress. But at least Ron has a delightful swiveling circular desk.

Plus, we talk about pork, the perfection that is Calvin and Hobbes, workplace relationships, the fellow NBC show The Wall, and cheating in computer games based on game shows. Sean’s place of work also gets overrun by a bunch of teens with skateboards.

Daniel Barnes, CEO and founder of Treaty Oak Distilling, comes on with a delightful look at how each offering of the distillery is the embodiment of a Parks and Rec character. Daniel is also hugely passionate about diversity and inclusion in his industry, and it’s awesome to hear what Treaty Oak is doing to be more inclusive.

Additionally, we talk about scaring people, crying during movies, and the different ways you can censor out nudity. Joey tells a story and says “like” about 45 times in 32 seconds. Sean has also eaten a lot of chili, so he’s especially fiery (in more ways than one).
